Las Vegas athletes performed excellently at the Junior College National Championships at New Mexico Junior College in Hobbs, NM.

Former Clark standout, Jacob Naylor, running for Paradise Valley CC, Az., placed 4th overall to lead his team to the National Title. Naylor's time was 26:23 for the 8K course.  Teammate and former Foothill Sunrise Regional Champion, Carl Greene, placed 32nd in 27:52.

Former Moapa Valley star and AAA Champion, Josh Thompson, placed 9th for Central Arizona (27:05 - 8K)   Central Arizona placed 3rd in the championship meet behind Paradise Valley and Garden City.
