This track season RunnerspaceNV will be tracking Nevada 1600 meter times.  The goal is to improve on the number of sub 5:00 boys and sub 6:00 girls.  Last year we had 166 boys break 5:00 and 134 girls.  The weekly counts will be kept on RunnerspaceNV and performance will come from Athletic.net

The #1 time for the boys last year was Centennial’s Dajour Braxton (4:07.79 at Mt SAC) and the girl’s #1 was Truckee’s Gabrielle Rinne (4:57.27 at the West Valley Relays). Yes, our California schools competing with the NIAA will count.
